Awesome
Surprisingly very fast delivery, only 5 days. Works as advertised, built like a tank, have already canned 4 kilos of tuna. It’s not as heavy as it looks, for reference a 30cm Dutch oven is a lot heavier. I am using Le Parfait jars half pint equivalent and I could have done 3 stacks, so I suggest you invest in a third rack. Highly recommend you do a test run with just water before you can anything to get a feel for it. My first run had water bubbling out from the sides, that was using olive oil. My second test run using Vaseline was impeccable and as a result is my go to method. I hesitated between the 921 and the 930, the color was the determining factor for me, it just stands out in the kitchen, I also don’t plan on double stacking quart size jars.
