I take supplements because they do keep me healthy. Already had my breast cancer, 16 years ago, so wanted to find a supplement to protect my breast, then I found this one that also protects the colon, where 3/4 of the immune system lives. Thank you Source Naturals for making this product. Ana

Miracle in a bottle
I've been giving this to my 11yr old Toy Poodle and she looks better every day. I started noticing that every morning she seemed very lethargic and seemed to be aging faster, regardless of all of her other supplements (CoQ10, Resveratrol, Tocotrienols, Dasuquin, Turmeric etc.). Once I started her on Inositol IP-6, it is almost as though the clock is going backwards, she seems alert and anxious to get up and get going, every morning now. I'm taking it too and I feel more energized. Thankfully, I haven't caught any flu or colds this year, either. And usually I do, by now. Each takes only 1 pill every nite, about an hour before bedtime.

Big pill
Good product, but the pill is too big. I had to find a powder form (Cellular Forte).

Kidney stones,,,
Being a Pharmacist I researched a homeopathic for kidney stones and found IP-6. Settled on this brand and after 3 months seem to be working. Also good post prostate cancer surgery which I also had recently! Price and Amazon Prime eligible make this worth a try
