An excellent accessory if you have to use crutches
this is perfect for enabling me to safely carry my phone, money and ID and a large YETI or water bottle around the house or outdoors. It minimizes the need to ask someone else to get me little thing I need and takes some of the frustration out of being on crutches. Attaches quickly and easily and stays in place. The padded handgrips are priceless, since you do put alot of weight on the palms of your hands when hopping around. They can easily be taken off and washed on a regular basis.I highly recommend.

Not recommended— there are better bags
Take it from someone who has nearly three decades of experience with crutches, both the underarm and forearm versions— there are much better designed crutch bags. Before I get to my recommendation, here are my observations about this one:1. Water bottle holder. This is pretty useless except for the shortest and skinniest of reusable bottles or mugs. I could get a short, thin plastic water bottle in there but that’s all. Anything taller or larger will not allow you to put anything in the other pockets or will interfere with your handgrip. As it is on mine, handgrip is already infringed upon with just my cell phone in that pocket.2. Middle zipped pocket. Useless for larger phones in cases. I have an iPhone 11ProMax in an Otterbox case. If I get it in the second pocket (tight fit), it sticks out the top so you cannot zip it shut. If you have a larger phone, you will need to use the water bottle pocket instead. The pocket does have four sleeves which are handy for holding small (thin) pens.3. Front Velcro pocket. This is okay for short things like chap stick. My Kleenex pocket packs were too tall to allow it to close. It might hold keys if you do not have a large fob or too many of them. It did not work for mine.4. Materials and Design. A big safety issue for me is that the bag interferes with the hand grips. If you are non-weight bearing in particular, you should not get distracted with constantly moving the bag out of the way when you are using the handgrips. Mine does not have enough clearance underneath due to the bottom of the bag hitting the top of the Y for the upper part of the adjustable legs. Part of this is caused by the water bottle holder being longer but the other issue is that the bag hangs inside the crutch rather than outside it. See the pictures I have attached. I am not impressed with the materials, which are plastic under thin canvas. In my experience, the plastic cracks over time. Velcro is also iffy as it easily shreds with time.Though a bit more expensive, I would recommend the Krutch Kaddy Crutch Accessory sold here on Amazon. It works on both types of crutches (underarm or forearm), does not get in the way of handgrips because it hangs outside the crutch and is VERY durable (my current one was purchased in 2014 and is still going strong!). The Krutch Kaddy does not accommodate a water bottle but I just hang a bottle on the other crutch using a carry strap or using a backpack for larger objects. Too much on crutches can be a safety hazard so if you have larger things, use a crossbody or messenger bag or a backpack for those.I just ordered a second Krutch Kaddy in fact for my underarm crutches. The other is attached to my forearm crutches. I am non-weight bearing right now from another surgery so the underarm ones are needed.Hope this helps others.

Sturdy
Very sturdy and does not fall off constantly like the Crutch Comfort does. It doesn’t fit a ton at all though. If you put a Contingo coffee thermos in it good luck ever getting it out. In the main compartment I put my iPhone 11 Pro Max (with an Otterbox/Popsocket case) and a water bottle but you have to put the bottle in first and then shove the phone in. My phone fits in the cell phone sleeve but putting it in the main compartment allows me to use the cell phone section for hand lotion. If you put a phone in the phone compartment you can barely fit a water bottle in the main one. I keep chapstick and a hair tie in the little front compartment. I’m on crutches for eight weeks so I needed something better than Crutch Comfort. I constantly struggle with getting things in and out of it and I kind of hate it but it gets the job done without falling apart so I'll live with it. I just started carrying a backpack around the house for other things.

Doesn't work.
I really wanted to like this. The big problem is that the bag hangs too close to the hand grip. It needs to hand 3-4 inches longer than it does. Which means the velcro straps going over the hand grip need to be much longer. I fastened it as low as possible and it just doesn't work. Your hand is hitting the frickin' bag and really impeding you ability to use the crutches. The bag is also kind of short and not wide enough for most water bottles. I only had 1 skinny water bottle that fit in it. With no water bottle in it, you're already hitting the bag with your hand. Then you put a water bottle in, that sits 3 inches ABOVE the top of the bag, and there's literally no way to use the crutches. Really, did the makers of this not test it to realize, oh, your hand is supposed to go there, hmmmm. All they have to do is make the velcro longer. But then you'll still have the issue that most water bottles don't fit.I was going to use the zipper pouch to hold my cell phone. It's too short, can't zip it shut and I have to be careful to keep it from falling out. My phone isn't crazy large (bought in the last year), but the compartment is quite small regardless.

Useful but Cup Holder Needs More Room
This thing has proven very useful to me. I bought it mostly so I could make myself a coffee in the covered but not completely tight sealed travel mugs I have and carry it where I need to go while I'm on crutches. It does work for this purpose, except it's a bit small in two ways. First, only certain travel mugs fit in because the opening is not very wide. Second, I have short arms, which means the handle is on the second highest setting possible on standard adult crutches. Still, though, there isn't quite enough room below the handle and above the spot where the two sides of the crutch come together for the mug to clear the handle when putting it inside. (This wouldn't be fixed if I were taller, as the point where the sides of the crutch come together is unchanged on mine for all height settings.) To allow the top of the bag to pull away from the crutch and clear the handle, I needed to unattach the Velcro on the sides at the top, leave the Velcro that hangs from the handle as long as possible, and push the bottom Velcro as far down the crutch it can go. Only then is there enough room to clear the mug around the handle. And still, the mug hangs off to the side and is not fully upright, making it a bigger risk to spill. All of this being said, it is still useful, if not a little sloppy looking. Because of the increased spill risk, I recommended keeping it on the side opposite your cast or boot if they can't get wet.
