Can 1zpresso q2 grind find enough for this? which setting? i have 7 core version.

I use the 1zpresso q2 with this grinder. It's a great combination. Do note that some dark roast coffee is so light by volume you might only be able to fit 14g inside both devices. Medium roast maybe 16g

the video shows a handheld grinder being used. Which grinders would Produce a proper grind size?

Look for metal burr grinders with a lot of very fine adjustments. I have a Kingrinder K4 which is designed for espresso, it works great (~150 16 micron adjustments). The Kingrinder K0 is not meant for espresso, but has a lot of very fine adjustments (~140, 18 micron adjustments), I have pulled some great shots with it and my Picopresso. I would say it is about the cheapest you could go for a grinder that will work with the Pico. 1Zpresso also makes some great grinders for espresso. The J-Max is their espresso hand grinder (over 400, 8.8 micron adjustments)! The JX-Pro is also good for espresso and many use it with the Picopresso (over 200, 12.5 micron adjustments).
