PURCHASED THIS TO REPLACE THE INITIAL HEAD SET PURCHASED BOUGHT 2 OF THE FIRST, DIFFERENT BRAND WHICH WAS SO MUCH BETTER THAN CURRENT SET

Any time I tried to put my hair behind my ear/the earpiece, my hand would brush by the on/off button and cut off my call. Frustrating to say the least.

I love the chargong case. The case holds the charge for days, and is convenient for keeping the headset itself charged on the go. However, there is no dedicated power button, and as soon as the headset comes out of the case it connects to whatever paired device you have nearby.When trying to have a conversation anything that gets near the sensor on The headset ends the phone call. If you lift your arm, raise your shoulder, tilt your head, the phone call gets disconnected. I've had to discontinue using it and purchase a new headset.I had trouble being heard by everyone, and trouble hearing phone conversations.Wish I had returned it in time.

I gave this 3 stars because of the sensitivity of the on/off button. It's not really a button and if my hair rubs it or I accidentally dose off and it touches ANYTHING even lightly it shuts off. Not good. But...long battery life and great sound. Just poor design.

It is a good product just wish the noise cancelation worked right
