Clear and to the point
The book is organized as a series of tips about the functions of the XT2. The writing is casual but not conversational - the author gets to the point and delivers lots of info in a brief and easy to understand fasion. He seems to have a thorough and in-depth knowledge of photography and Fujifilm equipment, and I've found a lot of useful info that I haven't come across in other books or online articles.I'm reading this on the Kindle app for Mac, and it's much more satisfying than a lot of Kindle reference-type books. The table of contents is linked to each chapter and subheading. There's no index, but there are lots of linked references to outside material, accessed from inside the book and also from a linked table of references at the back. A lot of references are to blogs and online reviews that fill out the subject matter. I haven't hit anything that was behind a paywall. Overall, this book is proving to be a good "missing manual" for the XT2 and I'll be taking it with me next time I go out shooting,

Excellent tips for the XT2
This is a must have book for owners of the XT2 even if you have used an earlier Fuji camera. There are numerous online references at the end of the book and they are referred to in the body of the book. There is no index.

Very very helpful
This camera so far exceeds my own capabilities that it’s almost frightening. Like a bush pilot accustomed to a Cessna pup strapping into an FA-18 hornet about to launch off an aircraft carrier! “Huh? What page does that thruster show up on the users manual?!?”Thus it’s nice to have insights from more experienced camera jockeys on how to use it as well as how to (generally) be a better photographer. The author's biases are his own, and my own trials and errors may lead me elsewhere once I have my feet underneath me with the equipment. But at least you have someone with a distinct and experienced points of view giving up his two cents. This handy book should be considered as a supplement to the manual that comes with the camera, and not a replacement. In fact one of the first tips offered is to RTFM (no further explanation necessary, I hope!). I use both. They’re getting me over the hump on the basics and the rest is out on my own.Highly recommended, and very cheap given the comparative expense in time and money required to get the Fuji equipment.

Good amount of info
This is a nice addition to have along with your X-T2. It breaks down the functions and tips into very usable and understanding dialog. The factory manuals do have a lot of information and there is no replacement for them, but lets be honest. Not always the most user friendly or descriptive for that matter. I got mine on sale for a good price, not sure if I would be willing to pay full price. If you can get on sale or for a good price I would definitely recommend, at full price you might want to just check you tube... your choice. I tend to prefer reading the information for myself.

Excellant companion to youre X-T2!
Excellant book. I would say it is aimed at the serious amateur or pro photog. It explains more thoroughly the functions of the camera. The X-T2 is a sophisticated camera and more explanation is needed than provided in the manual. No need to go in sequence with this manual. I just pick it up and flip to something that peaks my interest and start reading and experimenting with the camera. It is camera centric. You wont find sections on how to compose good images, it assimes you can already do that. It is a technical manual. It also provides suggested settings with good explanations. Everyone needs this book

Read between the lines.
A pretty well written book, but I found myself often thinking, "Yeah but what if?" It states that you really need to read your manual first, which is true. It is not a substitute.

Buy it as soon as you get the camera
I cannot say enough for how helpful this book has been. I have my third Fuji camera (XT2). I found his guides so helpful in the past that I got on Kindle and bought this XT2 manual the day I walked in with the camera still in the bag from the store. He calls them tips, but they are much more than that. I walk through all of his suggestions, camera in hand, and set my settings, learn the new modes, etc. my only criticism is the lack of pictures of the dials, menus, etc. but his explanations gets you to where you want to go. It is worth every penny!

Some good information, but the book hasn’t been updated to reflect current firmware
The book contains helpful information, but a lot of it is now out of date or inaccurate because the book is based on ver 2 firmware and the camera is now up to version 4.2! Menu items have moved or changed and I spent a lot of time trying to apply “tips” that were no longer in the menu location listed in the book. Is is a shame that the author doesn’t update it
