Am being charge a restocking fee $25 to return a defective item
Seemed pretty straightforward to replace our old one with a new one and it was. However, the item we received was broken (it happens). When I returned it, I was issued a refund and charged a restocking fee. The item they sent me was defective, proved by a professional installer, and I have not been able to get a full refund. Very disappointed in this company at the moment.

Very pleased with overall performance, ease of installation and quality. Simple on/ off switch. No temperature settings, but we knew that when buying it. Fast shipping and reasonably priced.
