Hands down the best vanilla powder I’ve ever had. Its smooth and subtle flavor enhanced any drink or culinary venture. The jar has a nice seal and can be reused for something else after you run out of powder. The size is compact but large enough so you won’t run out for a while.

Order was processed efficiently and delivered quickly. This is a high quality ground bourbon vanilla in a jar with tight fitting lid to keep it fresh.

Since trying to avoid added alcohol in my food, I’m really pleased to have found this vanilla bean powder! The flavor is robust and it only takes half the amount of liquid extract in whatever recipe I’m making. Sometimes I put extra powder because the flavor and aroma is just excellent!

2/9/2024 -- Update: I'm starting to agree with some others. I keep this closed tightly in the fridge. It still tastes good, but I'm noticing that I need to use more than anticipated -- a substantial amount -- to get that good vanilla tatste. It's a bit weaker than I'd like, but when I use a good amount, it definetly tastes nice and vanilla-y, it's just not as strong and pugent as I feel it should be.It tastes good, what else can one say about such a product? It's delisious. I'm happy with my purchase. Not interested so much in vanilla extract made with alcohol nor the non-alcoholic extract. Each has its own disadvantages. This product gives me what I want, and doesn't give me what I don't want. I would buy this again when this one finishes.

I love organic vanilla powder in my mushroom coffee. It's rather delicious. But not this kind. Bourbon vanilla is brown and gritty. It has a flavor but not vanilla or Bourbon. It is bland. Doesn't dissolve in hot coffee.I bought it because of the big jar and wide mouth that would accommodate a spoon for scooping. Spoiler alert: the jar is tiny --- the product photo is misleading. I should have looked at the bottle dimensions before I ordered it, but didn't. Lesson learned.Who knows, maybe Bourbon vanilla is some delicacy of sorts, but it doesn't taste like a delicacy.
