NEEEUM WHITE RACE COLLECTION – Eau De Toilette 75 ml, Fine Fragrance

I bought this perfume as a gift for my husband, he had previously received a sample and was delighted. Long-lasting and beautiful scent. Very beautiful bottle. Communication with the seller is great and express shipping. I highly recommend

This is one of a batch of five new fragrances released under the “F1” brand. These are not marketed specifically at men or women, but are intended to be unisex fragrances. At £60 each, this is not a cheap brand. However, most of the fragrances are distinctive, if somewhat derivative in a couple of cases. Are they worth the entry fee? Probably not – I’d suggest £35-£40 each would be a more reasonable price, but nothing in Formula One is cheap.This (Neeum White) is a floral based scent which I was not particularly a fan of – although I did prefer it to Precious Mettle. Perhaps more feminine than the others.The one real downside to this range is the ridiculous design of the bottle. It won’t stand up on its own due to a convex moulding on the bottom. This means that the manufacturer has to include a stand with each bottle which is (a) a complete waste of resources and (b) means that the bottle’s footprint in the cupboard is about three times larger than it needs to be. For me, that on its own is a good enough reason to deduct one star from my rating.If you’re looking for a new fragrance, this range is worth investigating, but I would suggest trying a tester of each one before committing to the purchase price. After all, scents are a very personal experience and what one person dislikes, someone else will love.

Smells very nice, one of the better ones out of the F1 collection. Makes a great gift too.

I am a daily user of men's fragrances, but I had never heard of NEEEUM WHITE RACE COLLECTION before, and I was a little sceptical of Formula 1 being a brand name for an Eau De Toilette. However, the fragrance is really very good.It isn't too dissimilar from YSL La Nuit De L'Homme. NEEEUM (which I didn't get at first, but realised it is an onomatopoeia) has a near-perfect blend of citrus and floral (hint of lavender) with a slight lingering of spicy black pepper, vanilla and musk. I liked the initial scent, but I wasn't so keen on the lasting smell. However, my wife really liked it on my skin.So whilst the fragrance is good, it isn't quite the scent I had hoped for. Also, the bottle design I found annoying, with needing to use the little puck to keep it upright. I probably won't be purchasing this after this review bottle is finished.
