Very nice frame and mat for the price. But so far about 1 in 4 arrive with broken glass. Need better handling in shipment.

I put a signed hockey photo in it and it made it look like a professional framed piece. Great frame.

The media could not be loaded. I had a shadowbox a fairly thin one for this piece of art. It’s handmade and it has a little bit of depth to it, and the shadowbox broke and those things are ridiculously expensive. So I found this one online and ordered it and was pleasantly surprised. The art fits in it because it’s fairly fan. It’s probably 16th of an inch thick And it looks great. You can see it in the video. I recommend it.

The media could not be loaded. 11x14in walnut, 4x6in mat. Great frame at a great price. When you've got something that doesn't require a nicer, custom frame, this walnut frame is a lovely option that looks like it cost far more than its actual price tag. All elements came in excellent condition.

Trying to summarize the saga of this purchase! I originally bought 3 frames for my daughter’s college apartment - one was fine, one was broken in the corners, and one was broken in all the places except the glass. My husband crazy-glued the one with broken corners and we returned the broken one. The one we received as the exchange was completely smashed with shattered glass (bubble wrapped but in a box too small to keep it safe) and a total hazard. The one we received for the replacement of the first replacement was ok. So, a total of 5 frames over the course of 3 separate orders with only 2 in full working order. To boot, the paint is not really a champagne color but more of a dark gold and scratches super easily. I sooo regret not returning all of these from the original order and just going to a store to buy 3 fully intact frames!!! It was a lot of back and forth and a huge annoyance. They are cheap frames so you get what you get, I suppose, but I expected more from the Mikasa name brand. Never again!

The frame is lovely, the mat is beveled really nice, the quality is really nice for the price. However, great disappointment with the packaging of this product. It arrived is a super large box, which I assumed was to protect the product inside. They packed paper and bubble wrap on top of the frame leaving the entire bottom of the box unprotected and no bubble wrap or paper to protect it. Therefore, the frame glass was shattered to pieces with glass shards all over the box. Then when I removed the frame from the box to remove the broken glass, the frame itself came apart as two of the ends were broken as well. Really disappointed that the vendor doesn't bother to wrap its product and no excuse for such sloppy work. That said, Amazon does highlight in yellow that the item is returned often and I should have passed on this right away. However the positive reviews made me order it. Amazon is sending a replacement and if that arrives broken, I will be returning it for a complete refund. Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Product Update: Because the frame was lovely, I decided to take a chance with a replacement. The replacement arrived quickly, wrapped well this time to avoid breaking the glass, and looks amazing with my print. I am happy and feel for the price, this is an amazing product. It looks much more expensive on the wall and is well constructed. I'm glad I took a chance with getting a replacement. Definitely recommend this product, esp since the vendor stands by the product.

Love the quality of these so much! Of all the frames I purchased for my gallery shelves, the 3 of them are hands down my favorite. They are absolutely gorgeous.
