No more scratches on the floor
We have a tile floor and the old chairs kept scratching the stone. Can’t see it, chairs glide smoothly, quiet, excellent! Why didn’t I do this sooner?!

What I was looking for...
So, I noticed a white piece of plastic on the floor and quickly realized what it was. It broke into pieces and the nail was still in the leg of the chair. I'm glad I noticed before someone sat in the chair and maybe moved it around the floor because that might have gouged my oak flooring. Looked for these at the home improvement stores but found them cheaper at Amazon. These are brown and match the color of my chairs (oak) so they're less noticeable. I pried out the old ones and pounded these in. Work great and looks good...
