works great for homemade icecream
this sweetener worked great for making homemade icecream. I made ice cream with other sweeteners and the texture was terrible (got really hard and very difficult to scoop, not smooth). allulose keeps the icecream scoopable and I don't notice the funny aftertaste like I do with other artificial sweeteners. it didn't work as good in my cookie recipe (texture off) but I think that is a learning curve on my part. i will be trying again. very pleased with this product.

Terrible!!!! Do not buy it!!!
I make chocolate from beans. Have done so for years. I have made lots of zero sugar chocolate from allulose. This product was less expensive than other sources, so I figured I would try it. It has a chemical taste to it like burnt plastic. Ruined 2 batches of chocolate using this garbage. Don't do it.Do not use it, or you ill regret it!!!!!Also, if you are new to using any allulose, remember that eating more than say 30 or 40 grams of allulose in one day will cause you SEVERE GASTRIC DISTRESS!!!!! Have to take it easy with allulose. Quality allulose(not this stuff) It is a great substitute for sugar, but you can easily over do it. lastly it is only 70-80% as sweet as sugar. take that into consideration in your recipes as well.

A good deal
This is a great product.. and for a diabetic I don't think you will find a better sweetener than allulose... And of all the non caloric and non-glycemic sweeteners out there this one caramelizes the best under heat!!!
