Divine
Ah, behold the marvel of modern canine engineering! The PETGEEK treat dispenser is, quite frankly, the butler I never knew I needed—for my miniature Harlequin pincher, Nugget, that is. Now, Nugget, a creature with the energy of a caffeinated squirrel and the attitude of a retired Shakespearean actor, refuses to wind down even after a full day at the office.Enter this brilliant blue contraption, which I have affectionately dubbed The Snack Cannon. With the remote button discreetly relocated from room to room, I have transformed my flat into a full-blown episode of Downton Abbey: The Cardio Edition. Nugget dashes between button and bowl, huffing, puffing, and giving me his best “how dare you move the royal snack button” glare, followed by a dramatic growl and a tail flick worthy of a West End exit. Not only does it physically exhaust the little tyrant, but it also provides endless entertainment for the humans in residence. And the mental stimulation? Oh, he’s plotting strategy like he’s on The Great British Bake Off, but with kibble. In summary: it’s sturdy, clever, and endlessly amusing. Nugget approves. I approve. The neighbours may not approve of the barking encore performance, but what do they know of high culture?Highly recommended for energetic dogs and their exhausted, slightly mischievous human companions.

Awesome product
I bought this for my brothers dog. He said she learned it quickly and loves it. She prefers to play and eat, rather than eat from a regular dogfood bowl.

Quit working, company replaced
Our Golden figured it out really quickly. We used it 3-4 times a week for almost 5 months and she was ready to play as soon as she saw us get it out. It was her favorite activity, until it quit working. I put new batteries in it and nothing. I plugged it in...nothing. Instructions aren't comprehensive on how to use the charge cord. Is it supposed to work with it plugged in, or is there a hidden battery that gets charged? Regardless, nothing is working now. Occasionally the red light flickers when I turn it on, but, nothing. A week ago, I would have given it 5 stars. Now it's lucky to get 2 and that's only because it worked so well, when it did work.I have revised my rating to 4 stars. The company replaced the broken item with a new one. Granted the red light doesn't do more than flicker, but the dispenser is working. I've waited several months to revise my review to make sure it lasts. It hasn't been 6 months yet, but we use it at least 4 times a week and our golden still loves it.

Might be Good for Dogs which Do not Problem Solve
My GSD had this taken apart in 9- seconds and had ball out of middle getting treats out of it however she has been doing complicated treat puzzles for nearly 5 years and is a service dog so maybe........

Dog loved it!
Took a few times to get my dog to figure it out — but in about 10 minutes she did and loves it! Definitely slows down the eating process - yay!

MY MINI AUSSIE LOVES IT
The media could not be loaded. i LOVE LOVE LOVE this lil thing. i’ve been wanting it for a while, so bad i used my birthday money on my dog instead of me. my babyboy has flown thru alll of his many many many puzzles and slow feeders he needed something more challenging. it even helps to get a lil extra energy out instead of finishing xtra hard puzzles in less than 2 minutes. it took him less than 8 hours to figure it out the button goes with the feeder and just feeds himself now. it’s helpful to have a button press command fyi lol. IT IS SO WORTH YOUR MONEY

Ball Broke After 1 Month
⭐️⭐️☆☆☆I really wanted to love the PETGEEK Automatic Dog Treat Dispenser with Button, and at first, I did. I had one for each of my dogs and they were obsessed with it and figured it out so fast—it was so much fun to watch! But then the ball broke in less than a month in BOTH of the dispensers that I purchased, and now the whole thing is basically useless. Super frustrating because my dog loved it, and I had high hopes. I can’t use it without the ball, so I’m giving it 2 stars. Great idea, but the durability needs serious improvement.

Yesssss!!! Get it!!
The media could not be loaded. My Rosie is a blue heeler/mini Aussie mix (we dna tested her). She’s spoiled so of course she had to have this! Now this is how she eats her food. I only fill it with her dog food. She loves it. She’s very active so this keeps her busy. And if it’s empty she will all but jump on the button then come look at me. Was easy to set up. I taught her by keeping on pushing the button base towards her til any part touched the button. Then yelled Yes which is our cue word when she gets something right. I had already taught her in a similar fashion to push a door bell to ask to go outside to potty. I gotta say the batteries in the base button has held up well. 2 months of using it most of the day, daily. I did take it with us one day so I plugged the dispenser into a battery pack and that worked just fine too. It plugs into usb. Easy.
