Granddaughter loved it

Gave this to my granddaughter for her 5th birthday yesterday. Just sat down to make it with her, got all the way done and went to put the top on. The lights didn't work. After taking a look, one of the wires wasn't attached. Its in a spot where you can't get to, so not able to even repair it.She already had made her wishes and put them inside. Turned a special moment between me and her into a real disappointment 😔

After my daughter spent hours creating her fairy jar, we put batteries into the lid, only to find out the light doesn't work. Amazon will not replace the item unless I send back the defective product. It would break my daughter's heart to send back the jar that she spent so much time creating. I guess I'm just stuck with a defective product. I would think twice before buying this product.

I order this excited to do it thinking it will be fun project . It was delivered yesterday I open it up this morning to do it only to find out the jar was broken to pieces . I’m upset about it cause it was either packed up broken or ups either threw it and broke it I don’t know . I was going to return it but I figured I will just buy a glass mason jar since I got the stuff for it . But still not very happy

So disappointed. I bought this to give as a gift and I am rather embarrassed. The box is obviously destroyed. I think this may have been a return. The clear seal sticker is off center and there is sticky residue in a different spot. Not even sure if all the pieces are there.
