Can this fit in any acoustic guitar

They should work on any acoustic guitar that uses steel strings. These are coated strings, so should last considerably longer than regular strings.

What’s the difference between steel strings and coated strings?

Coated strings are supposed to last longer but I think the quality is in the ear of the user. I use these strings on my Fender Acoustasonic Telecaster because that’s what it came with and I have been very happy with its sound. I use different strings for different guitars. I use Elixer strings, on both my Taylor’s. I use D’Addario strings on my Gibson 335 and I use DR strings on my Gibson acoustic. To each his own.👍

The picture and the title say "12-52" but the description says "10-48". Which one is correct?

String gauges are usually on the exterior of the packaging. Look closely, to know what you’re buying.
