Opened from packaging and item was defective. Ripped right down the seam at the head.

Stitching is poor. Was a present and my daughter is really upset.
This is what my daughters really wanted for her birthday and the stitching is all coming undone but she doesn't want me to send her favourite toy back.im really disappointed in this foxy as it cost me £15.99. Have a very upset 7 year old. Not happy. May as well of put the money down the drain.
