Purchased three of these for use in a restaurant kitchen and all three came with various scuffs and scratches indicating prior use, including one speaker with a custom device name already assigned.Two packages had separate accessory chargers included that are not normally packaged with the speaker, giving more indications that these were simply repacked returns or refurbished units.Overall, they work great and the sound quality is incredible, but I purchased these expecting new products and not ones that are obviously previously owned. Would not trust this listing.

So upset I was send a dirty broken box with no tape. And the speaker is full of scratches this is not a new product.Please put under description that is refurbished. I bought this for $150 plus tax and how can I gift a reused speaker.Really upsetting
