They sell dead products. Scam!
DON'T EVEN BOTHER!! Made 2 attempts, both times product won't work just completely dead. Had to return both times. I have a Mac and did what I was told, install Java. Both times product just unarousable. Support is useless. It only shows you a number based in People' Republic of China and email (Who god knows how long it takes for them to respond). No way you can get support right away Please don't waste your time and energy on this fraud scam. We've got better things to do!

Worth Every Penny
Item shipped quickly. The cost was not crazy. It is extremely easy to use with any operating system whether it be windows OS or Mac. It has a simple USB-C input which makes it a modern design for those with newer laptops that are constantly mobile. There is not setup process, just plug in and your ID certificates should fall in place within seconds of accessing the restricted website/software. As for the durability I have been using it constantly for the last few weeks and nothing has been an issue thus far.
