This is a 5-star product except for that sticky blue label you see in the picture that seals the case closed. It already had 2 tie-wraps sealing the case closed so what's the point? OK, I was able to use the 83706, 84922, & 7134 grinding stones to flatten & prep the broken end of a narrow screw down in a hole. These worked perfectly! Using the 106 & 107 cutters; these gummed up with metal so maybe a technique issue using the cutters? Great tools though!

All the pieces you need to carve some great work. Definitely worth buying if used properly. The case is great to hold them, but not for stacking.

Perfect for what I need

I think I may own just about every tool Dremel makes, including a host of rotary tools of all sizes. I’ve been aDremel fan for 50 years or more. I have used them for a vast array of tasks and/or creative endeavors. But I have NEVER even attempted to do any engraving. So when I saw these Dremel bits I decided to give it a try. Basically I suck at it! I’m sure it takes lots of patience and practice to be a good engraver. I’m not great with either of those traits. But the tools are going to be fun. I used three of the engraving tools on a piece of old steel left over from a project. It was a blast and I think it’s just a matter of technique to make it look right. But as always, theDremel bits were sharp, tough, and may be expected to last a good long time. I have bits I still use that have to be over 40 years old, no kidding. Those I have used mostly on wood with sometimes a little metal work.My skill as an engraver may go nowhere. But it appears to me that Dremel bits are still made tough from quality materials.So who knows? Maybe a Shakespeare sonnet engraved on a tin can?Recommend these? Oh for sure!Have fun. Create.
