This shampoo has a delightful scent. It doesn't seem to dry your scalp yet you may end up with frizzy hair when using hot water. Reduce temps for a better end result. The shampoo does volumize, so If you like that, then you're in luck! I found this shampoo does clean hair fairly well without using too much which is good for those on a budget. In my opinion is worth trying! Good hair and good luck!
