This one has been in daily use since May'23. It is scuffed a bit but is still going strong, delivering loads of charge day after day - no questions asked. It's very compact, quite dense, has a clear and accurate display of remaining juice, allows through-charging. The manufacturer does not recommend it though, but real life is different from their labs ;o) We have now bought 3 of these as we find them to be the most user friendly 20K powerbank available. One failure was a cable. The unit itself is absolutely fine but the cable that came with it stopped putting the current through. Oh well - we did not bother with warranty claims, plugged in a different cable and carried on. It is a seriously good, well put together and dependable powerbank - just get it :o)

I recently purchased a power bank that was advertised as having a 20,000mAh capacity, but my experience with it has been disappointing for a couple of reasons.Size and PortabilityFirstly, the size of this power bank is significantly larger than expected. While I anticipated a certain bulkiness due to the high capacity, this device is cumbersome and inconvenient to carry around. It barely fits into my bag, making it impractical for everyday use or travel. A power bank is meant to be portable, and this one certainly misses the mark in that regard.Questionable CapacityThe most concerning issue, however, is the capacity. Despite being labeled as a 20,000mAh power bank, the actual performance suggests otherwise. After fully charging the device and using it to charge my phone, I noticed it depleted much faster than it should for a power bank of this capacity. I conducted several tests, and each time, the results were consistent: the power bank doesn't deliver the advertised capacity.ConclusionOverall, this power bank's size and actual capacity do not match its specifications. It's bulky, inconvenient, and fails to provide the reliable power source it claims to be. I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for a truly portable and high-capacity power bank.

Love it! Charges my phone so many times before it runs empty! I got a second one

It seems there's an issue with displaying the digital number, and it doesn't look clear as shown in the picture. When I contacted customer support, they asked for the order number, but they didn't follow up afterward. The device, in general, seems fine after the initial use, but it barely charges the iPhone 14 Pro four times. It's somewhat heavy but acceptable. I would say it's slightly below average.
