Review: Excellent R/C!! - To be honest, I was a little hesitant at first to buy because of the name. I am an old school R/Cer, and I'm used to Tamiya and Traxxas stuff. I haven't owned an R/C car for quite some time, though. I didn't want to shell out for a nitro, as I'm just getting back into the hobby. So I shopped around, and found this. After reading mostly very good reviews, I decided to pull the trigger. Man. I am glad that I did! This car has no dang business being this good for this price. The quality you get with this HBX car is unbelievable! It is FAST. This little thing RIPS at max speed. Holy smokes. The controls are super responsive, and the servo, suspension, and motor, are all good. They work together seamlessly, with no one thing, being a stand-out issue. I've jumped it, rolled it, flipped it, and put it though its paces. One really cool thing about this, is that even though it is a beginner R/C from a price standpoint, it has features like adjustable speed, and steering trim right on the controller. I've only ever seen that in more expensive RTR cars. My eight-year old wanted to try it out, so I turned the speed to low, before I let him bash it against our cinderblock. wall. Speaking of which, this thing is TOUGH. Even after handling a bunch of abuse dished out by my kids, it is still fully intact, and performing flawlessly. So, to HBX: consider me a fan. I absolutely love this car. There is a lot to love. I am going to get one for each of my sons for Christmas, and I really couldn't be happier with it. Which is why I jusmped on to do this review. HBX deserved high praise. They have earned it! As someone who got started with cars like the Tamiya Lunchbox, and the Tamiya Grasshopper, this HBX has completely exceeded my expectation. **Q: Are the shocks oil filled?**
A: I just got my car last weekend (6/2023) and it did have oil filled shocks.  I was surprised because it was not in the description.  So nice added bonus.

**Q: How do i get to warranty information? My car died in less than one hour.**
A: What happened? I have one and have ran many packs through it and no trouble yet, the car came with a card to register for the 3 month warranty, Tried different battery? check that all wires are hooked up? turn radio on first and last when using, Check the on/off switch and wires...

**Q: Will a 4 inch long battery fit?**
A: Not without custom mounting

**Q: How do I go about getting a new plastic (white) steering servo link? It broke within 20min and never hit anything and all of the sudden no steering.**
A: I had the same issue, I ordered parts directly from Haiboxing in China. It took 3 weeks to get them to MN. However, Amazon sells a whole servo replacement that was the same price as 2 of the links. That servo hot here in 4 days.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Solid RC car good for everyone (with some practice)

Great little basher with ample speed. Wanted something with a little more performance vs the 1/18 HBX RC cars and picked this up along with the HBX 903a to entertain the kid. With the included 2 batteries, easily get 25-30 min runtime and these things can take a beating and keep running. Picked up an extra shell as the first one cracked the first day but a little gorilla tape reinforcement and this thing is good for many more outings. Comes with two USB chargers that are passable but did pick up a 4 port 2s charger that displays the actual pack voltage and give me more peace of mine when dealing with charging or discharging for storage.
