Just had ankle reconstruction surgery and needed compression socks for my second cast. The one I got from my doctor was horrible and this is great. It's not too tight and fits great. The only thing that's hard for me is that it does happen to get quite warm. Gets hard when the weather gets warmer but really like them.

Compression just right,comfort

Just what I needed. I bought these to wear under my surgical boot, after ankle surgery. They are not tight around my calf, but stay up and don't sag. Comfortably cushioned from the toes to above the ankle.

This sock is exactly what I needed to wear with my ever so fashionable walking boot. It is long enough to turn over the top of the boot so that it doesn't rub against my skin. It is tight enough to stay up without the boot, but not tight like a compression sock. I can wear the second sock on my unbooted leg and it stays up as well as any knee sock. My only complaint which is a complaint I make about most socks, is that the seam on the toe annoys me, so I turn the sock inside out, which I do with most socks anyway, so it isn't much of a complaint.

Perfect. I used these over a compression sock for foot swelling. Very Little compression in the sock which is what I was looking for. Didn't add to the swelling

3rd time was truly a charm. These work great under my boot. I am in a boot after having surgery for a broken ankle, and these are absolutely the best I have found. They are warm, they have the stretch that is needed and are thick. I love them. Highly recommend.

I was very disappointed with the socks. My fractured ankle would get SOOO hot in the boot than my foot would get even more swollen. It was very uncomfortable and more painful. The sock itself was very stretchy , soft on the skin and perfect size for the tall boot but, a regular cotton sock worked better , as my foot would not get as hot and as swollen.I was originally using cotton socks with the fractured ankle and the boot . I bought these socks as they would fit the tall boot and the skin would not rub against the boot . But they overheated my foot, getting more swollen and more painful than when using the cotton socks. I tried it for 2 days but I had to go back to the cotton sock. Very disappointed because the whole purpose of buying it was to use it with the boot. Couldn’t return it because it was used ( just line of them and for only 2 days) but a used sock is not returnable .

I recently took a tumble and sprained my ankle where I need to wear a brace for a few weeks. I typically wear ankle socks and needed something taller. I really like the padding around the ankle since that's where I have some bruising. The length is perfect and very breathable. Not sure lot of compression but I'm good with that considering my injury. Overall very pleased with these.
