Used not new
I'm very disappointed it came in a beat up box and when I opened it you could clearly tell it was used. The mat was dirty. UPDATEIM VERY PLEASE WITH THE SECOND MAT I ORDERED. SO OF COURSE SINCE THE FIRST ONE CAME TO ME USED I RETURNED IT AND DECIDED TO BUY THE NEXT SIZE UP. IT ARRIVED IN AN UNOPENED BOX AND THIS TIME THE MAT WAS NEW. MY GRANDDAUGHTER LOVEA IT! SO FAR NO PROBLEM WITH THE MAT LEAKING.

Mat is nice. Pump didn’t work.
Update- VOFiTNY reached out to me regarding the pump issue and got me a new pump! I appreciate not having to go though the hassle of returning the entire mat. Mat works wonderfully and so does replacement pump.The mat is nice but we got everything all laid out and the pump did not work. My daughter was so disappointed and Amazon wants the entire thing exchanged just to get a new pump.

good customer service
Love our tumble track. I have 3 girls and they all love to play on this thing. Our pump got broken (our fault) and I emailed VOfitNY and they said they would send me a new one. So easy. So thankful too because our mat is starting to lose air and my girls won't be happy if they have to go without it.

Excellent product-daughter loves it
Purchased this for my 9 year old to practice her aerials. In hindsight, I should have ordered the next size up because she ha. to run into her aerials. As of now she butts up another purple foam tumbling mat up against it. Set up was easy with the pump. We leave it inflated and it gets a lot of use. We have not had to refill it with air so far.

Se ve muy bien
En general el producto está muy bien, la bomba de aire es muy potente para su tamaño, eso si sorprende, aún no realizó ninguna prueba sobre el airtrack pero no creo que haya problema. Lo único malo es que la mochila donde se guarda el producto venia con un corte y no podré darle el uso por eso le doy 4 estrellas, ya lo usare más tarde a ver qué tal
