Dad absolutely loves her lighter tells everyone about it !

The lighter looked great,but feels cheap when you hold it and try to use it. Tried various adjustments but it only works for a few clicks at best. Can't believe Colibri has brought out such a poor lighter at such a price.

Disappointed to say the least in this lighter, I bought it for my husband last October 22, it has since failed to work, when pressing the ignite button it doesn't light and the button doesn't have the smooth action it had on the day I bought it.For the price I thought it would last a long time and not just 6 months.

The media could not be loaded. The lighter was filled fully yet it won't work. There is a spark and a hissing sound when pressing the ignite button but there isn't any flame no matter how much I try. This seems to be a design flaw as the lighter works of approached to a fire, and also produces a clear spark, yet no fire is produced on it own (see video)

Terrible customer service , useless product , seller couldn’t care less !No back up from AmazonMy 94 year old Dad brought 3 of these as he puts things down and can’t find them ! So we hedged our bets and thought we’d get 3 so he always has 1 handy after previously returning a Rose Gold one as it was faulty thought we’d try again as probably just a duff one , How wrong we’re we ? Worked for a couple of months then works a couple of times then has to be filled again then works a couple of times then refilled ! Another has gone the same way so we have one that actually works properly out of three ….. not good odds and terrible for the price ! Considering these are supposed to have a 2 year guarantee too!!!!!Seller rude and couldn’t give a monkeys would never ever buy a calibri again or deal with seller or Amazon in this instance as I’ve had help from them whatsoever!,JUST DONT BOTHER !!!!!!!!!!!

UPDATE BELOW>2 months on.Sick of lighters that won't light for many strike, poor flame control, and generally letting you down just when you need it. Well splash out and by Colibri. They work first time, every time until it need refilling. Smooth to touch, cleanly built with no sharp edges, good strong click action button, solid build quality, I would highly recommend than all the cheap copied which generally all break with 6 months.Exactly 2 months later, the click is intermittently working, the fill level indicator is useless and you cannot gauge if it is empty or running out. Ultimately I am now disappointed with this lighter.

Colibri normally makes a great lighter, but I've been unable to refill this one. After three uses the fuel it came with ran out, and now it's little more than a paperweight.
