This particular teapot was refurbished/a return, so I got it at a great discount. However, it arrived without the mesh strainer. I tried finding one online that looked like the right dimensions. I also went to the manufacturer's website for contact info and emailed them. THEY REPLIED, and quickly, and they sent me a strainer at no coast to me. GREAT customer service.

Very easy to use and clean. Keeps tea hot enough for at least 30mins. Interestingly, cups take the heat from the tea, I guess this is something natural about cast iron.

Love the set. Keeps tea hot longer. Best for 1-2 people. One cup arrived chipped, seller promptly sent me a replacement. Highly recommended.
