Not working
The media could not be loaded. This was a gift for great granddaughter, it will not work as seen in the video.ive sent you a video, I'm a seamstress and I've tried everything, to no avail I've sent two messages and had no reply. Its disgraceful.

After following instructions a million times the machine still won’t stitch. The tread keeps snapping. Total rubbish

Returned item as too hard to set up
Couldn’t remove finger guard even after watching videos and a 2 adults having a try. Led to a very frustrated child waiting! So I decided to return and purchase an alternative.
