Amazing rich green color. When I tasted, I immediately felt the strength of polyphenol and the strong, purest taste. Smelled amazingly also. I tasted many, many different brands of olive oils, and finally found the best. In a description, I read that their olives are growing at high altitude and completely free of pollution, chemicals and preservatives. Not all companies are mentioning about that in their descriptions, meaning that probably their oil are not that great. I made many researches and found that this company are striving to make the best olive oil for people's oral consumption and also cooking. I'm going to take a teaspoonful a day for my health and my family's. Exceptional quality. Flavor is wonderfully smooth and peppery. A teaspoon in the morning starts my day for continued health. Quality packaging too, if that’s important to you. Contains chart with measures of all properties. I am extremely satisfied with this purchase.

This is real, high quality olive oil. The laws in the U.S. allow blended oils to be labeled as extra virgin olive oil; most are not. A good rule of thumb, if you buy it in the grocery store and it's cheap, it most likely not the real thing. Real olive oil has a pleasant fruity odor and feels slightly hot on your throat when you swallow it straight. Another test is to place it in your refrigerator for two or three days. Real extra virgin olive oil starts to solidify. Lesser quality olive oils or blended oils do not. There are "experts" on the internet that discount this test, but I've found it does work for Extra Virgin Olive Oil. It was difficult for me to spend over $50 for this bottle, but you get what you pay for. I have now bought two bottles and will continue.
