International seller from China and hassle returning the item The seller is required to give a UK return address and has failed to do so. I bought the Sink from desertcart who should be dealing with the supplier as I purchased the goods from them. I do not know the seller and why ask me too deal with them who as based in CHINA. desertcart could have handled this issue in a more appropriate manner. I am still waiting for my refund to be sorted and not having any luck. The seller has requested photographs to show damage and when to click on their response field, it freezes up so enable to send anything. Just poor service so far from desertcart. Disappointed.
