Absolutely great !!

Great bungee, I'm a beginner and having so much fun and I'm not one that sticks to a workout schedule. I try, but this is something fun and different i look forwardto. Works the whole body. Product is made very well, instructions are very helpful.

I installed this in the garage for my girlfriend to use after she saw people doing this on TikTok in a studio. Has held up for all of her workouts and is being used regularly. Only complaint I’ve heard is the harness isn’t as comfy/padded as it might should be for the ideal comfort. That said, for the price, it’s pretty hard to beat.

Bought this for my wife as a birthday gift for home fitness, and she really loves it. It looks VERY fun. Perfect for indoor exercise which involves more motion and flexibility/acrobatics, while still offering some resistance and support for more challenging exercises. Buyer should also plan on purchasing mounting hardware and a stud-finder for mounting to the ceiling. The materials included will work for ceilings that are at least 8 feet tall but likely no taller than 10 feet. Try to get an accurate body weight before purchasing, so the bungee can function appropriately (resistance and expansion). Almost like an indoor zip-line kind of thing. Really fun if installed safely.

Pros: has some resistance. Looks like it would be fun. Includes almost everything you would need to get started. Cons: if you are thick or wide in the hips it is very hard to adjust and fit into the harness provided. The adjustment is very poor. I just fit and it hurt so bad when actually trying to swing/bungee in this contraption. Does not include a ceiling mount. States it is designed to go on normal 8-9ft ceilings. The bungee as-is sent is too long for normal ceilings. The bungee should sit at just above waist level to properly bungee and this is much lower. I didn’t realize that was the issue until I watched more videos. This could’ve been a real blast. Needs harness improvement. Also should include a ceiling mount. May need to work on tension length since it does come with daisy chains that are made to help it lower the bungee. Not realistic for normal ceilings. 5ft 4” for size comparisons. I got the heaviest version. Held my weight (190pounds). Sturdy and strong seems durable.

I have one & my wife has one. I put them up in my barn & we're off flying. Bungee is very, very different than what you might think! Took a class & loved it, but going weekly is expensive! In my barn is cheap. I'm seen pictures where people put them in their house! Just use whatever space you have. I've also seen pictures of a couple that build an outdoor course & they charged for lessons!

The bungee is nice but the harness is difficult to adjust and get into. Would be better if it also had snaps/buckle.
