Upgraded but still needs a couple of mods.
I ordered two of these meters about a year ago. They worked, but didn’t work for long. The cover was plastic and fluid got past the screws, under the gasket and into the display, causing it to corrode. I still liked the meter so I recently ordered a few more. The new meter has the same aluminum body but the cover is now also aluminum and you can get a better, tighter grip on the seal under the cover. However…Upon receipt, I opened the new meters to check for corrosion and found that one of the gaskets had been installed upside down. The corners are cut to be directional, so this is important. There is no groove for the gasket to sit so it is possible for the gasket to shift when the cover is reinstalled after putting batteries in the unit. I took a small amount of silicone adhesive and secured the gasket to the meter body.Unfortunately the plastic cover of the display is simply a sticker, although a very well adhered sticker, a sticker nonetheless. One display sticker wasn’t exactly installed straight and one corner was very slightly lifted. I peeled it off, re-adhered it and ran a small bead of silicone around the edge for good measure. Also, the springs in the battery block are longer than they need to be and difficult to install. The installed batteries are way tighter than they should be. Simple fix with a small pair of cutters was to clip off a few turns of the terminal spring.Just a few minor adjustments made a good meter better.Remember to read the manual and verify calibration before using. My first one was not set properly. Also, their customer service is good. I emailed them regarding my failed display. You can purchase replacement displays directly and they will also send you a replacement display if your purchase was within the warranty period.

Junk
Junk. It worked about a month then battery went dead. Does not turn off. On all the time. Then the seal dried up and cracked. Tried contacting them. Due to water getting in components rusted and stop functioning. Email gets returned undeliverable. Recommend not buy. One star rating due to you had to put something.

Works as expected
Works flawlessly. Factory calibration is pretty close. Would buy again.

Worked as advertised
We'll see how long it lasts. When it fails I hope to have enough in the budget to buy the GPI from which these Chinese knockoffs were reverse engineered.

Nice flow meter
Easy to configure, altho the menu can be a little tricky to navigate. The math to use to calibrate the unit can be a little confusing, but just take your time and repeat the test several times.Easily detects liquid flow, even down to small amounts.Only major downside is the installation/replacement of the batteries. It's tricky to reinstall the gasket seal as it appears to be slightly too big for the grooves. So it took several attempts to get it to stay in place while screwing the cover back on. It doesn't take much of a gap for moisture to egress into electronics and destroy the unit. Had this happen with another unit. Use some silicone or petroleum jelly to help keep the gasket in place and make a tight seal

Don’t buy this product
This fuel meter is trash. I have 150 tank and when I was pumping it was marking 220. How’s that possible. I removed it from my tank and noticed if it passes air it also counts it as gallons. Don’t ever buy this product
