I had to return this phone.- It warms up when using the camera with an outside temp of 83 degrees and freezes with an error message saying it's overheating. So not so tailored for warm even less extreme temps... Very surprising.- Fingerprint reader doesn't work as it should. I had to give it up and type my pin number all the time.- It IS slow. I couldn't type a comment in the middle of a +1000 message post on Facebook. It lagged, froze and shut the app down. Same after reboot.- You have to do gymnastics with your finger to take screenshots which I do a lot due to my job. I don't believe downloading an app should be necessary for a basic stuff like a screenshot.- The jack outlet doesn't work at least on my car radio unlike all my other phone, as well as the new phone I just received yesterday to replace this embarrassing W8Pro...- The sensors are terrible. Google maps arrow will often appear backwards while you're moving to the opposite direction- You can't hold the phone sideways to watch a movie without activating all kinds of undesirable stuff that pop up on the screen.- The screen is maybe close to high def but it doesn't look like so at all. It's even more obvious compared the Xiaomi Redmi 9 I just received...- The icing on the cake: either the 4G radio is weak or the phone can only detect a small portions of 4G frequencies (or both...) on the ATnT network in Louisiana. I have long commutes due to my job and I need to be connected all the time. With my previous phone all was good with some occasional lagging on VoIP but it seem there's a whole lot of areas that aren't covered by this phone in South Louisiana.

All this for for a micro USB in 2021, not even going to test it out. Straight return.

Unfortunately this phone stopped working for me about 1 week after the deadline to return for a refund. (one and a half months). the phone would not charge or turn on. The seller emailed me once that I had to replace the phone. They would not honor the warranty (1 yr)of the phone and replace it or refund it instead they stopped replying to my emails after the initial contact. Further more this phone stopped being able to receive text messages (although I could still send them out) about 3 days into my purchase. The only good thing about this phone was its size and durability. Its a shame the seller is so shameless. I also reached out to the manufacturing company and they too refused to honor the integrity of the phone. Bad company bad product.

The details of the product state this phone is compatible with Verizon. It is NOT!!! Someone even asked the question if the phone would work with Verizon and the seller stated it would. BUT IT DOES NOT! This was the specific reason we bought the phone!! Frustrating that the phone doesn’t work the way they said it would.

Amazing phone for our sonThis was a perfect smartphone, android 10 4gb ram + 64gb rom mt6762d for our 7 year old. We have not got him a phone number yet, but this is perfect for his online games and can use messenger to talk to us at grandmas or a sleep over. We struggle when to actually activate the number but so happy with this will do it this week.We love this military grade standard pro rugged smartphone meets the ip68 waterproof grade and mil-std-810g. it can withstand two hours of water at a depth of 1.5m. May not mean a lot to you but here in Arizona we have a pool and you never know what could happen.We wanted the toughest most rugged phone that can be dropped from a height of 1.5m without causing malfunction even in the rain dust, and dirt, and it can run smoothly even in harsh conditions, we camp a lot and he is a kid. Just perfect.environments. it's the best choice for construction workers and outdoor explorers.Don’t get me wrong this android 10 4gb ram+64gb rom, 4g dual sim dual standby is perfect for a clumsy adult like me and or Grandma, we are going to buy her one this week now that we know how great this is with a 6.49 inch display & 16mp triple rear camera he is simply “stoked” We did get it slightly after Christmas so gave him an early birthday gift.

At first glance, out of the box this was a very nice looking phone. One I would have been proud to carry around. It was very heavy and nearly dropped several times due to the weight. With the first phone, it restarted several times during set up. After set up was complete, the phone would restart after simply swiping the lock screen. To be more specific, when the phone was locked 15 minutes or longer it would restart when unlocked. The Amazon return team did a great job setting up the return and with sending a replacement.The second phone's set up process was quick. However, a few seconds after the set up was complete I received a text message from Cricket stating that the phone is not compatible with the service. I stopped by an AT&T retailer to choose a phone plan but was informed that the phone is not compatible with their services either. After being educated about the phone's IMEI, I checked sites for Verizon and Sprint only to find out that the phone was not compatible with those services as well.A couple good things about the phone. The battery life was very long but it took just as long to charge. The speaker was very loud and clear. I never had to go past about 60% when streaming video. The screen size is more than enough, with most YouTube videos you can zoom in to make the video fit the screen. Outstanding resolution with Netflix and Hulu. The covers for the charging port, headphone port, and SIM/SD card slots were very snug. Definitely no water or dust getting past those covers. The quality of both photos and videos were outstanding.Overall, with the price you get what you pay for. Time and stress included. As for compatibility, I believe T-Mobile may be one of the few carriers for this phone. My last words about this phone, if you have time to use up the battery ensure you have about the same amount of time to recharge it.
