Great parts! Work great. Solid.
I bought these to put some 20 amp fuses in a disconnect box and they fit very tight and very secure and I’m quite happy they are a little pricey but they are extremely specialized. You get what you pay for.

Solves the issue of smaller fuses in a 60 amp slot
I upgraded my HVAC condenser, and the new one only needs 40 amps max. Changed out the breaker, but the disconnect still had 60 amp fuses. I bought 40 amp fuses, but they were too small. These reducers solved that problem. You will need 2 of these (one for each phase). They are a bit tight, so you have to put some force. I suggest putting in the harder side first, so you can use a mallet to get it in.

Convert Fuse Box from Older 3" Cartridge Ffuse to Newer 2" Fuse
These push on to each end of a 2" cartridge fuse to allow it to fit in the space reserved for a larger diameter 3" cartridge fuse. The fit is tight so some effort is required to push it fully on. There is a tab inside to stop it from over sliding.I installed a higher efficiency AC unit and could not get fuses small enough to meet the recommended fuse size in the old 3" length. These solved the problem without an expensive and unnecessary fuse box replacement.Shipping was expensive, but the overall price was right.

Expensive.
Expensive but works. Amazon sells for much less than other stores.

Use only when really necessary. They can get hot.
These are a rather lame solution to adapt fuse sizes. Use only in a pinch. Pulling close to 30A continuously, they get pretty hot.

one pair per box
These fit just fine and converted the 30A fuses to fit in the fuse holder that was too big. Easy to install. This item gives you a pair of reducers, enough for one fuse.

Look at all the variations of price + shipping before ordering.
I'm not sure but I don't think you're going to find these on the shelf @ HD or Lowes. I didn't. But with the setup AC box I had, I needed these. In fact, I needed two sets. Cooper B is the the best. I feel better using the smaller recommended fuse size my AC condenser unit listed rather than using a larger amperage fuse for convenience of the breaker box. This is basically a low cost part but some vendors may charge different shipping prices. Look at all the options for purchase!
