This pillow is the perfect height without the booster cushion but is way too hard, it hurts the back of my head so much it gives me a lasting headache and I can't sleep. With the booster cushion, it's a little softer but too high and hurts my neck.I would have loved to keep this pillow, it's really nicely made with a lovely cover and comes in an elegant box. Latex is more natural and supposedly healthier than memory foam but it's not for me.
