Single Dumbbell Shaking Weight Man Women for Keep Workout Fitness Exercise Equipment Muscle Toning Dumbbell

I've had this for a few days and used it every day so far. I cannot do 6 minutes consecutively with one arm yet, I have to alternate because I really start to feel the burn after a couple of minutes. I haven't used it long enough to see results but I'm hoping it won't be long. I have used it while walking, standing and sitting so it's pretty flexible. I wish it came with a video showing different ways to use it, but I have figured some out and hopefully will discover more ways to get maximum benefits. I thought it was a little pricey but it is sturdy and doesn't look or feel cheap and will be worth every penny if I can get my arms summer ready.

You get what you ordered, quality and function of product is exactly as described. Although beware I found that this type of workout altogether is a little hard on small wrists while using the product it feels heavy and bulky/awkward.

I thought that with these you start to shake it and then it would keep shaking after that as I just held it. I might as well get a regular dumbell and shake it. I used it once and never picked it up again. If I pick up again, I probably will just throw it in the trash.

I like this for the most part. My major issue with it is that the neoprene boots on the weight smell really bad. When you're shaking the device, it is drafting that smell right into your face.

If you want toned arms, especially in the muscles that move things toward and away from your head, this is perfect. It will break after only a short bit of usage (or at least that's what happened to me). It's not sturdy or durable at all.

Cheap looking. And tog really need to shake with both hands to feel the weight working.
