it does clean!
I tried it immediately when it arrived. So I cleaned 1 king size mattress and 4 pillows. the amount of dust on filter after completing the cleaning was surprising which is a proof of suction power and removing dust. another important point is cleaning device parts after every usage is by following cleaning instruction in order to function properly. I will continue using it for couple of months and see if it last long, if i faced any issue i will write an update.

Sorry, but this colour stuff is all hype
The Iris worked well for a few weeks and then it gave up. No more orange and green colour. Everything is just red. Does this mean my mattress is filthy? The same mattress which was green before? Something is wrong with the device and I have no idea what to do. I would avoid buying this.
