This tool has been so handy around the fire! It’s even allowed our younger kids to safely add fuel to our campfires. The quality is very good and the grip is good for small adult hands.

For the price it’s a great deal. They work well and I have left them outside all year long and they are still as good as new. Definitely a great tool for the fire ring

Works fairly well. A bit stiff out of the box, but folds up to a decent size.

One is not enough. When out camping in the woods, most people use a poker stick. Not at my campsite. I pack these away for camping trips, they sit next to the fire and we enjoy taking turns turning the logs over. Yes, getting more heat by turning a log over, controlling the direction of the smoke— though smoke still finds beauty. Did I say they fold up small for packing away? One was not enough. I needed a set for my home pit as I was tired of taking them out of the van, or worse yet to forget them on a camping trip. It probably would not matter as I have given them away to every family member and even as door prizes on camping trips. Its a staple

I've left reviews for this before, but I bought more, so now I'll leave another review. These are simply THE BEST FIRE TONGS you can buy. Every time we go camping these come along, making it very easy to lift new wood pieces into the fire, in addition to being able to get into the fire and move things around, all without getting burned. My original one is almost 10years old now, bought a few more for spares, and bought a few more for presents. Also adds a layer of safety as you can access the fire directly from a distance. Also super handy rotating tin-foiled potatoes cooking in or over camp fires! If you love campfires, just get these!

Needed for placement of logs in a smokeless fire pit where it was tricky to just use hands. Very solid build.
