I didn’t expect much when I unboxed it. To my surprise it was in great condition, looked fabulous and 1 leaf had fallen. So I decided to order it and see how it was myself. You can order the same tree through the company itself but it was cheaper on desertcart so I thought I’d give it a try. The first tree came a week after I ordered it and I was so excited until I open the box and the tree was cracked toward the top of the tree. I was so bummed but desertcart ordered a replacement for me and it was so easy to ship back the other tree by just leaving it outside my house and UPS picked it up. So then I waited for the second replacement tree and I was very excited. When that day finally came, I open the box to find the second tree I had ordered was also cracked but much so that the whole top half of the tree was off. I was so upset. I called the company Nearly Natural and they said it was an desertcart issue so I called desertcart and got such great customer service as usual. They ordered me another tree to be at my house in two days and told me to just get rid of the broken one instead of the hassle of returning it again (which wasn’t a hassle at all). The third tree came and I was nervous to open the box but it was perfect! The tree looks lifelike and the branches spread easily. When you first open it up you need to spread the branches to make it look more full. It is in a small pot which works perfect and I can put it into whatever basket or pot I would like. The trunk of the tree looks surprisingly life-like whereas the 2nd replacement tree has a yellow/orange fake look to it so I’m assuming it’s just the luck of what tree you get which is the only concern. I love the overall look to this tree and am happy with the 3rd I ordered. There were glue spider webs on the tree which is weird but they come off easily. The packages were not damaged on the first two which makes me wonder about the inspection process but other than that desertcart has great customer service. The second tree I ordered is shown in the last pictures. Tree is beautiful and I’m happy with my purchase and it really livens up my space. I feel like it looks nicer than the real tree I had even. After that, at the top, add some fake moss and it’ll look very sophisticated. **Q: My tree came damaged. I would like a refund. When can I expect it?** A: Mine was received broke in three places and to make matters more frustrating, amazon is refusing to post my review. In order to receive a refund you must return the tree (which, given the condition mine was in and packaging issues - was impossible). The actual company was of no help as they told me I had to work it out with Amazon. Definitely discourages me from ever purchasing from this seller again. **Q: I ordered this tree almost a month ago and still have not received it. Anybody else experience delays getting their tree?** A: I ordered 2 feb 17th and I have not received. The date keeps getting pushed back. I also keep getting email to see if I want to cancel. I bought these for 107.00 each and now they are 230.00 each. I’m sticking to my order even though I’m sure they want me to cancel so they can sell at more than double price due to high demand. **Q: Says it can’t be delivered to my location...I live in a suburb of Denver, in a house in a neighborhood...any reason it can’t be delivered?** A: Just happened to me as well (today!). I was lucky to meet the USPS postman outside. He said that the box does not fit in his USPS van (box is 8-9 feet long) so we have to go pick it up from the post office. The thing is, I doubt it will fit in our sedan. I'll have to remove the packaging or something to try fit it in. Seller if you see this- send large packages through the big Amazon trucks! If I knew this would happen, I wouldn't have bought this online. What a hassle.
