Good but expensive
These filters used to be a lot cheaper before the 'B' word. Considering changing for a UK made installation. The BWT filters are however, excellent. Just a shame about the price.

Very Expensive
The recommended retail price is expensive from the start and it is way overpriced as there are few suppliers of this item. Not the fault of the supplier and the product is the genuine article which is easy to fit but just wish I hadn't had the filter tap fitted in the first place so my bad

not sure about this - unsealed and older model
usually get these off screwfix - paid 25 pound more to get from amazon as can't seem screwfix cant get any in and it came unsealed. was also the old bestmax x model - not necessarily a problem but water isn't tasting as good.if screwfix dont get these in again i'll probably not bother using the filtered water tap. the BWT filter is good but getting replacement filters is such a pain they shouldn't really be selling in UK.

A very high price for 4 months usage
I bought this product mid December 2021. We have been away for over three months which means we have used the filter for a maximum of 4 months and now it’s looking like we need to replace this filter because we are getting scum on the top of the cup of tea which is what happened last time when we needed to replace it ( previously the filter lasted 12 months)

Good water filter.
Arrived very quickly well packaged and undamaged. Just what I wanted. These filters so easy to change. Good filter takes away the taste of chlorine.
