I'd gotten into crackle polishes a few yrs ago but gave them up because it's darned hard fully. Lots if work removing it.I'm back to living using it. My husband really likes it this look + I didn't know it being available again. My old Crackle ones old + tossed out.This mani is almost 2 wks old, looking like my old Crackle. No splitting or crackling, still looking good + lasting like day one of wearing it.Looks gr8, going + staying on until I choose to remove it.My hubby likes it too. He picked out a hot pink base coat with White Crackle over it. Then 2 coats of a 'final, quick finishing top coat'. Gorgeous!! I'm thrilled with finding 4 bottles of 4 colors avail Crackle on Amazon again. Everyone seeing it commenting on my Crackle Mani's.it's beautiful. Fun watching the Crackle coat to dry in it's unusual, crackling + drying. I'm happy + thrilled to have found 4 good bottles on here. I bought all 4 available.

This is a great crackle polish, especially for the price. I've been using the same bottle for over a year, and it hasn't gotten clumpy or thick at all! The brush included is great and makes it easy to cover the nail without going back over it more than once. It works best with the most crackle when you only apply one thin layer- try to cover your nail in three stripes.The polish dries quickly, and looks glossy with a layer of top coat on top of it. I always get compliments on my nails when I'm wearing it. I also use it when my normal nail color gets messed up, as it covers up any mistakes on the base color coat. Try using different colors on your nails for a fun tie-dyed effect!

The only reason I am giving this a four star review is because it didn't last as long as I would have liked it to. I purchased the whole China glaze set of crackle approximately four years ago. I used it quite extensively, however, never went through the bottles entirely. I just recently went through my nail polish collection and noticed that a few of the crackles had completely dried up and they were only half used. This was my second purchase of the black, I love it because you can pretty much use it on any color. Definitely a must have for your collection!

I've used this product on a weekly basis since I got it. Something that I learned very quickly is for persons who have never tried it, be patient when applying. Second, be gentle and light when applying because if you over apply you will not get the crackle affect you are seeking. Third, this is an item that needs to be practiced with as the more you practice with it the more perfection you can achieve. Another lesson I have learned is it is very important to allow your base nail polish to dry all the way before applying the crackle. Another important note is to use a top clear coat after the crackle nail polish has been applied to bring out the gloss of both your base coat and the crackle. The gloss actually allows them both to shine.

Works pretty good. The real trick is not too thick a base coat of another color...just enough to cover but doesn't need to be perfectly solid.Let that coat dry twice as long as normal.Then you need to really slather this stuff on, a single coat has to be used with thick coverage.Then wait at least 10 minutes (if you have no nail dryer) before you top coat.Looks awesome over cobalt blue, black, plum and crimson base coats

Purchased this from the seller -cosmetics central. I ordered this at like 5am on the 27th and it was in my mailbox on the 30th. With free shipping. Amazing. The Polish was in good condition, it was not thick at all. I haven't fully tried it out but it does indeed crackle and the color is great. I've heard if you apply it messy or at certain angles you get different effects, but I haven't played with it enough to confirm. So far it was well worth the $2.39 I spent!

I remember owning black crackle nail polish as a young child and not being able to find it for years. Then I noticed OPI was coming out with one and immediately bought it. It was okay, but the cracks weren't very dramatic & looked more "leopard" than fissures, which is the look i prefer. It's also way more expensive & dried out when I still had 1/3 of the bottle left.Don't even bother with Sally Hansen's version. It stinks!China Glaze is definitely better looking to me. It cracks more randomly so each nail looks very unique. Just be sure to apply it thinly & quickly to get the full effect. I'm already on my second bottle. And the price can't be beat!

I go all kinds of crazy on my nails as you can see ! But this crackle can be subtle over a neutral shade as I'm wearing ,or a really opposing colour, basically I love to have a play about😊 long wearing,and easy to remove,really recommend..tip-just a quick thin coat is all you need,then wait for the magic to happen ! Wait an hour before a clear top coat or it can mess up the pattern.

Dieser Nagellack ist nur die obere Schicht auf den getrockneten Nagellack. Die Grundfarbe muß man also zu Hause haben.Das finde ich total gut, denn so kann man seinen vorhandenen Nagellack aufpimpen.Also nur diesen Lack auf den komplett ausgehärteten Nagellack auftragen. Er ist durchsichtig und glitzert sehr schön golden.Beiem Trocknen platzt er auf, so daß der Crackle-Look entsteht. Das gefällt mir gut, es sieht ungewöhnlichnaus. Dann nur noch einen Klarlack drüber und fertig.Den 1 Stern ziehe ich ab, da dieser Crackle-Effekt bei keinem meiner hellen Nagellacke funktioniert.Die bekommen dann nur einen goldenen Anstrich, die Farbe darunter ist zu erahnen, aber das Aufplatzen findet nicht statt. Merkwürdig und sehr schade.Aber besonders aus dunklen, roten Nagellacken sieht der Effekt klasse aus.Hoffentlich hält das Fläschen lange, da bin ich ja mal gespannt...

...schöne Farbe und macht was er soll, nämlich auf den Nägeln "aufreißen". Schade, dass man solche Lacke kaum noch in den Läden bekommt. Würde ich immer wieder kaufen. Vielen Dank.
