This card set is great. Clear instructions on each movement and you can structure an entire workout.

This is a great collection of cards with the bands from the same company. I’ve started using them every day. The workouts are easy to follow and give endless combinations of strengthening exercises.

A lot of different exercises for the entire body. I am going to put tags on the individual ones I use.

Super easy way to plan a workout. Simple enough for beginners.

Finally found a system that works for me and gives me variety. I have some issues that affect my flexibility but i think with time, this will help me become more flexible, toned and stronger.
