Our grandchildren love these
We bought this set to go with the Legos we already had for our grandchildren when they visit. They've had a blast mixing and matching the various pieces for the characters, and it's fun to watch them use their imaginations to infuse personalities into each character they create. Excellent quality and variety. Highly recommended!

An EXCELLENT addition to anyone’s lego collection
A wonderful wonderful addition to anyone’s lego collection! I love these sets! Great for learning, but more enticing for those looking to add to their towns and lego “community”.

So much fun for kids!
My kids love these and we love the variety of characters representing types of jobs that contribute to a community. It wasn't the hardest to assemble, but it takes some time to find all the parts. It would be nice if all the people and their parts were already together somehow. Otherwise, this great for the value and we haven't even looked into the online component yet.

Nice but a little pricey
This is a nice community set. I do wish the price was a little less expensive. My kids love it.

Kids Love These!
The per unit price of LEGO minifigure can be expensive when they come in the usual LEGO sets. THE KIDS REALLY LOVE THESE! They like to disassemble them and create new characters (many amusing) with the parts. The changing combinations are many, allowing for considerable creativity. Good value, kid tested!

Fun for a homeschool parent.
These are a nice little educational supplement. I like to use them to help give little tidbits of information. The way I do it is I get all the pieces for a particular occupation and hide them in my hand. Then I ask "Today we are going to learn a little bit about _____, what are some things you know about them?" For example, farmer. Then the child is bound to come up with some answers such a "they grow food" "they have animals". You can then push a little "what do they need to do ___". It is pretty fun because by the end you give them all the accessories and build the little sets. My daughter really had fun with the babysitter and vet one. "What do babysitters take care of?" and she was delighted that I actually had a baby lego in my hand. I would do one every other day or so and afterwards maybe we'd talk about the occupation a little more in depth or watch a video on it.

Excellent! Great price for what you get.
Love it! Keeps our son busy for hours. Lots of fun figurines, from an artist to a policeman and baker. Excellent price for what you purchase.

Just what my lego fan needed!
Very nice gift for my Lego-loving kid. He was needing more minifigures and this doubles as an intro to education about communities, different jobs, and imaginative roleplaying. For the price, I wish the hair pieces didn't pop off so easily, but if he wanted, I could glue them on. Other than that, we really enjoy this set.
