On cold days, I hate how fast my coffee gets cold. This cup and warmer went on sale so I bought it.The cup is beautiful, well made, thick, and a big handle to hold it. The warmer really does the job. The coffee stays near very hot the entire time its on the warmer. As you get close to finishing the cup, it gets hotter like it was just poured.The cup holds a couple more ounces than a regular one does. Normally, my coffee gets to cold and I throw it out before finishing it and make another cup. Now one cup does it for me.Its 10⁰ outside. I walked out side, let my dog do its business, came in, put it on the warmer, and have hot coffee again.I plugged this into an Amazon Alexa plug so I tell Alexa to "shut off coffee" and don't have to worry about it being turned on by accident.I love this thing!

I like this warmer and have used it for a couple weeks now. The flat-bottomed cup with metal bottom is really key for the unit to move heat into the cup. Because of this, I also think a metal coffee tumbler (yeti-style) would also work well. The unit keeps liquid hot/warm for hours. I think most will 'll find the hi-lo temp option combined with using the cup lid will allow you dial in your perfect temp. The unit has two safety features that are important to me. 1) unit shuts off with no weight (cup) on it. 2) unit shuts off (regardless) after a period of time (i don't recall the duration). These two reduce the fire risk with an always plugged-in unit.

I know this mug is 110, but I'm overseas and it the heater won't even work plugged into step down transformers. All the ratings based on amps and hertz match, but no success. I'm not sure why, but I can't get it to power on let alone heat.The mug itself is nice. I'm probably not supposed to microwave it with the big metal conductor puck on the bottom of it, but I do. The handle feels very nice. It's a cool solid feel that's different from any mug I've used. The handle does get as hot as the main mug body when microwaved.So overall I'm getting half use out of it. Hopefully I find better success when I return to the states.

Exactly what I was looking for. I've searched for the perfect mug warmer for a few weeks, read a lot of reviews, even watched a few videos. I am very happy that this is the one that I ended up with. One of the things I read was that most "regular" mugs will not work as well on a mug warmer if they have that rim around the bottom. All of my mugs at home have that, so I needed a mug/warmer combo. PROS: Comes with a ceramic mug, which is very important to me, as I enjoy coffee so much better in a ceramic mug. I no longer have to rush drinking coffee, and I no longer have to worry about it getting cold. This is perfect. It keeps the coffee hot for as long as you keep it on the warmer, and it's turned on. I believe it shuts off automatically after 4 hrs. I have only had it on for maybe an hour or so. It keeps coffee much warmer with the lid on it, but it even works with the lid off. It's an amazing feeling when you get to the bottom of the cup, and the coffee is still piping hot! No more cold last few sips! I love the look of this mug. Black with a wooden, sturdy handle and lid. CONS:Nothing on this "cons" list is worth removing a star from the review. Just a few little things I thought I would mention. The mug has a metal plate on the bottom that gets extremely hot, I did slightly burn my finger on it. Definitely my fault because I'm not used to using a mug warmer. Lesson learned! The on/off button is extremely sensitive. It only requires the slightest touch to turn on/off. Just something to look out for, and unplugging it when not in use would help with this. Anyways buy this mug/warmer, it is awesome!

I like to sip my coffee periodically throughout the day and find that it’s normally cold all the time. This keeps it nice and warm for me. Perfect for the winter.

UPDATE: THE WOODEN HANDLE JUST FELL OFF. IT IS ONLY GLUED ON TO A SMALL STUMP. NOW IT IS UNUSABLE. THE FOLLOWING WAS IN THE FIRST MONTH OF USE... I like the size of the cup, and the wooden handle washes well in the dishwasher. The lid is not usable. Period. The clear coat on the wood comes out with the heat and moisture of the cup contents, in my case Tea. You smell it and taste it, so I do not use the lid, which is one of the main reasons I bought the cup. I have found other things to use for a lid. I also bought an extra cup, so there will always be a clean cup waiting.
