This is by far my favorite pre-workout supplement! I have been using it for years , Despite the fact that packing was changed the product meets my expectations. Gives me energy and endurance for the entire workout! It’s easy to mix with cold water and im fine with most of the flavors from the brand. You can add a bit to your morning green tea for extra focus and dissolves easy ! Always impressed with the quality of this supplement! Helps your body to handle a stronger and intense workout! My personal suggestion ( mostly all pre workout supplement ) shake the container for about 5 seconds before scooping and start with half scoop and build up your tolerance!!

My favorite pre-work out so far. I've been using it for for about a year and a half now. I work out early so the caffeine helps. You get a tingle from the beta alanine but I don't even notice anymore. This product wakes me up and helps with focus and energy throughout my work out. On two separate occasions I've had a real slog of a workout, only to get home and found I'd left the shaker bottle untouched on the kitchen counter. To test this I purposely skipped a day to see if it made a difference. There it was, another slog of a workout. That sold me on the efficacy. I will say I stopped making it in a shaker bottle because it almost carbonates when shaking to the point that the lid pops when you open it. I just stir it with a spoon the night before and leave it in the fridge. It's reasonably priced and since I stick with a single serving a tub lasts me 2 months. Give it a try.

Grape flavor tasted like fizzy cough syrup! Gross! But it did the job after the mission of swallowing it because of the horrible taste!
