Guardian GearX-Fine Chrome Snake-Chain Dog Collar, 18"

Just like the expensive ones purchased at dog shows. Very thin, lightweight and attractive. Lovely silver color. Good functional show collar for purposes in which you really want your canine pal to "shine!" Maybe not the ideal walking collar as it is a choke collar unless you have a very well trained dog that won't pull against it.

My dog has longer hair and the collars that are all the rage (basically the only ones available at the local stores) look nice but can get really dirty. Also, his hair would always get caught on the collars and I would periodically have to pull off hair from them. I love this collar and is hardly noticeable on him except where his tags pull it down. I probably would not hook a leash to it as it might break because he will sometimes pull really hard, but I have a halter for that.

Another super Amazon purchase. These are great for the people who want a choke chain for a dog that doesnt really need a lot of pull and something that looks nice. We love them and have them on both of our Dobermans.

This collar is think, which I was looking for, but it kinks up and is not as smooth as a regular chain collar.

I really like this I bought it specifically for a ibr dog show for my French bulldog , I would of really liked if they offered a 19 inch instead of the 18 but it was perfect so I can display my bulldog and not have a big collar in the way. He won best in make French bulldog and overall French bulldog and I know that it had a part in it. Thank you

This collar was supposed to be 18". I bought it to use the following weekend. When it arrived it was almost 1.5" too short, there was NO time to return it and get a replacement, I contacted the MANUFACTURER of the collar itself, they were horrible :-( THIS PRODUCT IS NOT what it should be, HORRIBLE, if I could give it zero stars I would, customer service was BAD NEWS.

slides great and realeses nice - good fit on my adult basset hounds for reminder training and works fine on my new coon hound pup as he learns the basics

Chain is not weighted as heavily as I would like, though I do like the fine size of the links. I have bought better chains in the past. Would prefer a smaller link at each end.
