I bought these as a gift for a friend - she likes her office to look professional so I thought this would be a perfect gift because she could have her pens on her desk but they would look like a plant!! I was a little disappointed but I guess for the price that’s what you get.Pros:*The pens do write well, small as others have mentioned*Fine if you just want something fun or a good decorationCons:*The vase pictured was not included*The “grass” definitely looks fake and plastic, even has some plastic notches on it. No one would ever think it was a real pant.*The pens are cheap, sometimes when pulling the lid off the whole pen comes out of the “grass blade” and you have to stick it back inOverall I’m glad I bought it, but it wasn’t exactly what I was wanting.

cute and gimmicky. for them to stand so upright as seen in the photo, you need at least 2 dozen. otherwise they just kinda flop over. lol. also when you un-cap them to use, the plastic pen within the green rubber kinda tends to slip out....not sure if this is intentional to make for easy replacement of a non working pen, or if they did not use enough adhesive to ensure the pen does not slip out of the green rubber. cute..cheap...but won't last long...plus the ease of use while writing and quality of ink isn't that great.

The pens are fine, not the most amazing writing implements ever invented, but I got this for my wife as a decoration more than a practical tool. Her friends have complimented her on it and said they want one, so I guess that means my gift was a success. These look and write great. You definitely need at least two packs to make it look anywhere close to the display picture. I also had to put some dry beans in it to make it stand like an actual plant. The pen part does come out of the leaf part when you pull the cap off while holding it too far from the base. That's annoying. But otherwise great novelty product that actually works.

really REALLY Wanted to love these, but sadly they REALLY don't write well. Just too persnickety in how you hold them if you can find a sweet spot- can't put it down or adjust the grip.

So cute on the desk even after they go out. The cap is not the best but they lasted the first half of the school year. Sitting on the deak ina tiny terra cotta pot with some river rocks or marbles and brinks the outdoors in.
