Just fabulous!
I just had knee surgery and needed constant ice especially during the night. This thing is amazing!

LOUD and leaky
The clear chamber is nice and the cubes it comes with are helpful and smart. The on off switch is a great idea and the easy fastening of the tubes around the machine are a good feature. Unfortunately, it is LOUD - like cannot sleep through it loud. Sleeping and healing go hand in hand so this was a no-go. Additionally, every time it was unhooked - and turned off - it leaked consistently, to the point of soaked sheets. It is possible our situation is not the norm. We would have managed the leaking but the noise was too much to sleep through and detrimental to the entire reason for getting this machine - healing after a major surgery.

First unit was a flop
At first it did not cycle water, lots of bubbles. It finally started to pump water after cycling switch several times. Then awhile later the pump noise increased. It is cycling water, but loud.Customer service is lacking, due to recent surgery I can't wait for them to respond any longer, I am forced to purchase another unit, will I buy the same one again? After 4 attempts I spoke with a person, Bonnie turned it all around.Works perfect, good product back up. 5 stars to Bonnie too!!

Wonderful product
This machine operates as advertised and provides excellent cold therapy. The only issue is minor leaks at times from the barbed hose connections.

Broke before recovering from my knee Surgery
I was very careful with the motor and fluid levels. Broke after 4 weeks. Very hard and scratchy straps, had to improvise. Tubing kept kinking so the water wouldn’t flow unless i held very still. Pain in the neck
