This book is just a review of Dr. Kellyann's Bone Broth Diet and says nothing about the actual guidelines to follow for the diet itself. I returned my book almost immediately upon opening the package.

I thought this was like cliff notes. This has NO useful information. Save your money and just get the Dr. Kellyann Bone Broth Book.
