My daughter feel in love with crapes at a French restaurant on a resort. We got home ordered this mixed and it tastes very close to the crapes at the resort! Yum!!

Easy and quick to make, and tastes good!

The flour is very fine as it should be. The instructions, which I ignored, were confusing. I have made crepes many times in the past. So I made mine as before and they were excellent.

The crepes I made from the mix came out with just the right thinness and taste. I followed their instructions but will experiment with less eggs. Made crepe suzette with butter and marmalade since I ran out of Grand Marnier. Kids loved it with nothing but a bit of maple syrup. Nutella is their favorite addition. Just plain crepe is still a delight.

I really like this product, my family has bought this time and time again. Really good.
