Skeptical at first
With so many terrible reviews I went with my gut and gave it a whirl. It took me over 3 hours to figure out how to get these cameras to connect because the directions aren’t helpful at all. I did some research and found that the cameras will run interference with each other as well as the parent unit. Keep the parent unit off and set up the cameras in completely different rooms and had absolutely no issues. I think this is where all the bad reviews came from. I’ve been using for a week and have one 1 SMALL issue with these camera and it’s the few second lag but that’s almost all monitors these days. Will update in a few months. I hope this helps someone.

TRULY THE WORST CAMERA EVER - SAVE YOUR MONEY!
This is by far the worst purchase I made before having my baby. The charging cords for both the monitor and the camera and very flimsy and both bent when simply just trying to plug them in. The connection always goes out (even after having our wifi looked at and upgraded to higher/faster speed), the battery life on the camera is total crap (if your power goes out, it will be dead within minutes, mark my words), and the picture quality is absolutely terrible. The "features" on the device are ridiculous. If you want to increase or decrease the brightness, it will crash at least 10 times until you can select the setting to do so. The camera is also heavy, so forget trying to mount it anywhere. The company will not assist you and will only place the blame on you for "damaging" the product when in reality it's just extremely cheaply made and poor quality. Just buy a better monitor. For $180, this was an absolute waste of money and a $30 monitor I have as a backup works better, imagine that.

Love the dual cameras
I really like the fact that you can move the cameras around and you can see both at the same time. Only thing is I wished that it had a wider frame range.

Biggest feature (dual system) didn't end up working
We have used this monitor for our son. The prospect of being able to use it both on phones via their app and on a handheld device was promising. Letting your babysitter watch your child sleep and you can view from afar too? Sounds great! The handheld device looks similar to an iphone in shape and size. You are able to scan through the song options and the images. We never used the songs, as they seemed unnecessary for a monitor (we solely use it to view our child, not play with it). The video was a little laggy when we moved it around, but would move to where we wanted it. Unfortunately, I NEVER got the app to work. I feel like I tried everything, short of contacting the company. This was probably the greatest perk on the monitor, but it failed. So that was disappointing. The video quality was pretty good. But the light on the actual monitor cast a light over my child while they slept. I am assuming that my son couldn't see it...but if it was on me the light that you can NOT turn off would be distracting. Also, we live in a smaller home so don't need to hear every noise, and our son is two. We have the sound turned to "off" and even with it being off, you can still hear a buzzing noise that will not go away. Quite annoying.Overall, this monitor has a lot of pluses, but things that were important to us fell short and the extras that did work were things that were unnecessary to us.

HORRENDOUS! Do NOT waste your money..
It stopped working after 1.5 weeks. Doesn't hold a connection over WIFI or using the HD Display. I spent >4 hours with their Customer "Support" over chat (they don't have a phone number) and they could not fix the connection either. So what would any good company do? Send you a replacement with a return label for the defective POS they sold you initially. Instead, these jokers send you instructions to mail back the POS at your own expense so that they can mail you what will likely be....another POS. However, that's probably good punishment for me for not reading the reviews before buying....LOTS OF 1 STAR REVIEWS! WOW!Spend your money elsewhere. These guys haven't made a worthwhile product since the Startac in 1999...but I guess they know that, that's why they're using the same technology. I'm just surprised the "HD Display" wasn't a tube television.

Broke after a year.
Had been using this camera for a year and it was doing okay. Some issues with it here and there like the camera randomly disconnecting, or the temperature being way off (saying it was 79 degrees in baby’s room when it was actually only 71). Well, there must have been a one year warranty because I woke up in the middle of the night to find this thing beeping like the battery had died. It was plugged in and charged when I went to bed. I picked the monitor up and it was burning hot and so was the charger, literally if it didn’t beep and wake me up it probably would have caught my house on fire. Something either happened to the battery of the device or the charger and it is fried. Skip this one and try a different monitor. That’s what I have to do now.
